Ensuring the reservation
A deposit of 50% guarantees the reservation. This is possible by credit card debit or by bank transfer to our account at Hypo Landesbank Vorarlberg, IBAN: AT405800018528610125 BIC: HYPVAT2B.
We always recommend travel insurance! In many cases you are also insured by credit card. Please make sure!
Payment
The second 50% is due 4 weeks before arrival, for Christmas/New Year's Eve and February 6 weeks before arrival and can also be secured by credit card.
In the case of a credit card guarantee, the amount will be debited 2 weeks before arrival. Additional costs incurred during the stay can be charged on departure.
Arrival / departure times
You are welcome to move into your chalet by 15.00 h at the latest. On departure we ask you to vacate the chalet by 10.00 h at the latest so that we have enough time to prepare for the new guests. Thank you for your understanding.
