Tearms and Conditions

Your reservation is guaranteed upon payment of a 50% deposit. This can be paid by credit card or bank transfer to our account at Hypo Landesbank Vorarlberg, IBAN: AT405800018528610125 BIC: HYPVAT2B.

We always recommend taking out travel insurance! In many cases, you are also insured through your credit card. Please check to be sure!

The second 50% is due 4 weeks before arrival, or 6 weeks before arrival for Christmas/New Year's Eve and February, and can also be secured by credit card.

In the case of a credit card guarantee, the amount will be debited 2 weeks before arrival. Any additional costs incurred during the stay can be settled on departure.

You are welcome to check into your chalet by 3 p.m. at the latest. On departure, we kindly ask you to vacate the chalet by 10 a.m. at the latest so that we have enough time to prepare it for the next guests. Thank you for your understanding.
