Where is Lech Lodge located? How far is it from the centre or the slopes?

Lech Lodge is located in a quiet, sunny spot in Omesberg. Close yet not remote – just a few minutes' walk from the town centre and the ski slopes of Lech. You can access walking trails and cross-country ski trails directly from the chalet. You can ski down the Madloch slope in front of the chalet, and the ski bus takes you to the slopes in 2 minutes, conveniently stopping right in front of Lech Lodge.

The small ski bus no. 8 (Omesberg) stops directly in front of the house and takes you to the mountain railways and the centre of Lech every 20 minutes. Alternatively, you can reach Lech on foot in less than 10 minutes.

There are chalets of various sizes:

From 2 bedrooms on 110 m² to 4 bedrooms on 230 m².

Yes – they can be rented individually or exclusively together.
We have already hosted some very nice birthday parties for around 20 people and small weddings.
We would be delighted to assist you with your event.

Between Christmas and Easter, we rent out our chalets on a weekly basis.

During off-peak periods or sometimes at short notice, shorter stays are also possible on request. During the rest of the year, we offer stays depending on the season, but with a minimum of 3 days.

With us, you can enjoy many amenities that are already included: daily breakfast service in your chalet, interim cleaning, final cleaning, WiFi, private parking in the garage, concierge service – provided by our ‘fairy godmother’ – as well as firewood, a fully equipped kitchen and many other thoughtful details. We will be happy to provide you with a detailed list of amenities when you make your booking.

Yes, each chalet has at least one private parking space directly at the lodge or in our underground car park. We also offer a charging station for electric cars for a fee – please let us know in advance if you would like to use it.

All chalets offer high-quality amenities:

• high-quality natural materials, individual works of art
• bed linen, towels, bathrobes and toiletries  

The ‘fairy godmother’ takes care of you. Her concern for you goes beyond the classic ‘concierge service’. She has an excellent network in Lech and is in close contact with the Moosbrugger-Lettner family to ensure that you have everything you need and can enjoy your time at the Lech Lodge to the fullest.

Dogs are very welcome at Lech Lodge – because we want our four-legged family members to feel at home with us too. The location of our chalets is ideal for walks right from the front door: along the Lech River and into the idyllic Zugertal valley, surrounded by nature, tranquillity and fresh mountain air.

We charge a fee of €35 per day for your dog (excluding food). We look forward to welcoming you and your animal companion!

Our included breakfast service delivers a wide range of breakfast options directly to your chalet in the morning. On request, we can supplement this service with products of your choice. For all other needs, please speak to the ‘fairy godmother’, who will work with you to plan a programme tailored to your requirements.

We are open almost all year round. Every season has its own magic:
• Winter: skiing, snowshoeing, magic on the slopes
• Spring & autumn: creative retreat, art, tranquillity, health
• Summer: hiking, biking, enjoying the fresh mountain air
• Find peace and quiet in every season in one of the most beautiful places in the Alps.  

We generally recommend taking out travel cancellation insurance, e.g. with Europäische Reiseversicherung.

The cancellation conditions are as follows:
Up to 4 months before arrival: 20%
Up to 3 months before arrival: 25%
Up to 2 months before arrival: 50%
Up to 1 month before arrival: 90%
After that: 100%

Please understand that most of our guests plan their holidays with their loved ones well in advance, which means that last-minute enquiries are usually fewer. Travel cancellation insurance offers protection!

To secure your reservation, we require a deposit of:
50% upon completion of the reservation (14 days)
The remaining 50% 4 weeks before arrival

Exception for Christmas/New Year and Carnival/Half-Term – 6 weeks before arrival.
